Terms of Service

1. General

By placing an order with Ranya Doors (ranyadoors.co.uk), you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Our Products

All products are made to order or cut to order based on the specifications you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure all measurements and specifications are correct before placing your order.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, production begins within 1 working day. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of ordering.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our courier partners.

6. Warranty

All products come with a 6 year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or general wear and tear.

7. Liability

Ranya Doors shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
