Dispatch Times

All orders are made to order and dispatched within 2 working days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin production the next working day.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery is typically within 1-3 working days via our courier service. Please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. If you are in Scotland, Wales, or a remote area, please contact us before ordering as additional delivery charges may apply.

Packaging

All doors are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. We use protective wrapping and rigid packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@ranyacnc.com with your order number and photos.
