Ordering from Ranya Doors is straightforward:
- Step 1 — Browse our range and choose your door style and finish
- Step 2 — Enter your exact measurements in millimetres using our on-screen calculator
- Step 3 — Add to cart and complete your order online
- Step 4 — We manufacture your doors in our Leeds workshop
- Step 5 — Your doors are dispatched within 2 working days

Can I order by phone or email instead of online?
Yes. You can contact us by email at info@ranyacnc.com or visit us directly at our Leeds workshop. We're happy to take orders and answer questions in person or by email.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production will have begun and cancellations cannot be accepted as the doors are custom made specifically for you.
How do I find the best custom kitchen doors for my home?

How do I measure my kitchen doors for a custom replacement?
How do I measure my kitchen doors for a custom replacement?
The most accurate way is to measure your existing doors directly:
- Remove a door from its hinges and lay it flat on a clean surface
- Measure the width at its widest point in millimetres
- Measure the height at its longest point in millimetres
- Repeat for every door individually — even identical-looking doors can differ
- Label each measurement clearly (e.g. "top left — 400 × 700mm")

What if I don't have existing doors to measure from?
Measure the cabinet opening (aperture) instead. For a standard overlay door, measure the opening width and height, then add 2mm overlay on each side (4mm total to both width and height).
Example: Opening 396 × 696mm → Door 400 × 700mm. If unsure, contact us and we'll help you work out the correct size.
Should I measure in millimetres or centimetres?
Always millimetres. Centimetres and inches leave too much room for error with made-to-measure products. Every measurement you enter in your order should be in mm.
Can you pre-drill hinge holes in my doors?
Yes. We can pre-drill hinge holes to your specifications. You'll need to measure from the top and bottom of the door to the centre of each hinge hole, and note the hinge cup size — which is usually 35mm. Include these measurements when placing your order.
What happens if I provide the wrong measurements?
As all doors are made to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns for incorrectly measured items. Always measure twice before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us first — we'd rather help you get it right than have you reorder.

MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) — Best for painted, foil-wrapped or vinyl finished doors. It has a perfectly smooth surface with no grain showing through, making it ideal for a clean, modern look. Our most popular choice.
MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard) — Best for wood-effect and solid colour finishes. Pre-finished, highly durable and resistant to everyday kitchen use. Great value for money.

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays begin production the next working day.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1-3 working days via our courier. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you deliver across the whole of the UK?
Yes. We deliver to mainland UK. If you are in Scotland, Wales or a remote area, please contact us before ordering as additional delivery charges may apply.
Can I collect my order from your Leeds workshop?
Yes. Local customers are welcome to collect directly from our workshop at Unit 13 Moorhouse Avenue, Leeds, LS11 8HA. We're open Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday by appointment. Let us know in advance and we'll have your order ready.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@ranyacnc.com with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Can I return my doors if they don't fit?
As all doors are custom made or cut to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns for incorrectly measured items under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is why we strongly recommend measuring carefully and contacting us if you're unsure before ordering.
Can I get a warranty on my bespoke kitchen doors?
Can I get a warranty on my bespoke kitchen doors?
Yes. All Ranya Doors products come with a 6 year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This covers issues with the door finish, construction and edging.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or general wear and tear.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us at info@ranyacnc.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will assess the claim and respond within 2 working days.
Are your doors built to last in a busy kitchen?
Absolutely. Every door is edge banded for a sealed, durable finish and made with professional-grade materials used in the joinery trade. With proper care — avoiding excess moisture and using appropriate cleaning products — your doors will look great for years.
About us, our workshop and how we work
Where are Ranya Doors based?
We are based in South Leeds, West Yorkshire at Unit 13 Moorhouse Avenue, Leeds, LS11 8HA. All our doors are designed, cut and finished in our own workshop right here in Leeds.
Do you make the doors yourselves or outsource production?
We make every single door ourselves in our own workshop. We have our own CNC machine, panel saw and edgebander. There is no outsourcing — your doors are cut, finished and quality checked by us before dispatch.
Can tradespeople and fitters order from Ranya Doors?
Absolutely. We regularly work with carpenters, kitchen fitters and tradespeople who need custom pieces cut for their jobs. If you're a trade customer with ongoing requirements, get in touch to discuss trade pricing.
Do you do custom work beyond kitchen doors?
Yes. Our CNC machine and workshop can handle a range of custom cutting and fabrication jobs including wardrobe doors, furniture panels, shop fittings and more. Contact us to discuss your project.
