Return & Refund Policy

Made to Order & Cut to Order Products

All products supplied by Ranya Doors are either made to your exact measurements or cut to order at the time of purchase. As such, all orders are custom manufactured and are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We strongly recommend you double-check all measurements and specifications before placing your order. We accept no responsibility for incorrectly measured or specified items.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ranyacnc.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the fault
• Clear photographs of the damage

We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Items

If we have made an error with your order, we will replace or refund the affected items at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production will have begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.
